Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Return Window: Initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:

- Custom or personalized products
The Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to Info@ojah.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: We will review your request and, if approved, send you a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original box, if possible, along with all original tags and accessories.
- Ship the Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- If Rejected: We will notify you of the reason and will work with you to find a solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or an item that is incorrect, please contact us immediately at Info@ojah.uk within 3 days of receiving the order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
