Each Vendor retains all intellectual property rights to their designs and products. By submitting their products to Ojah, Vendors grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, display, and market their Content on our platform.
  • User-Generated Content: You may be able to post reviews, comments, or other content. By doing so, you grant Ojah a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content.

Product Information and Purchases

  • Product Descriptions: We strive to be as accurate as possible in the description of our Products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other Content are always accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Indemnification
